Little lucky kewpie dolls.
Kewpies have such an interesting history! Originally created by artist/poet Rose O’Neill, the Kewpie first appeared in the Ladies Home Journal in 1909. Kewpie dolls became popular in the 20th century, as a symbol of youth and love, often associated with Roman God of Love, Cupid. Kewpies are also popular tattoo subjects and are used as symbols of innocence and good luck. The coolest thing I recently learned is that they were often used in marketing and political activism during the woman’s suffragette movement ✊🩷 yes!!
Double sided. Solid Sterling Silver ✨
Each pendant is approximately 2.4grams. The height without the large bail jump ring is about 17mm.
They are on a roomy 4mm bail jump ring and we made it so it is removable if you’d like and you can flip it if you prefer the other side 🍑
These each come on a 18” sterling silver double loop cable chain with lobster clasp. All sterling silver!
Let us know if you prefer a different length in the notes at checkout.

Such a cute charm! Next time I’ll purchase the gold version to match my silver one. 10/10 and very hefty piece
